1. Introduction

The Website is owned and operated by Flower Lab di Musella Vincenzo, with its registered office at Via Mantellini 24, 00165 Rome (RM), Italy, Tax Code MSLVCN62P10F839T and VAT No. 17057891008 (hereinafter “Bloom Lab Roma”, “we” or “the Seller”). These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the purchase of the products sold through the Website (hereinafter the “Products”). By placing an order, the user fully accepts these Terms, which apply to all sales made through the Website in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and the Italian Civil Code.

2. Subject of the Contract and Product Features

This contract concerns the distance sale, through electronic means, of the floral products and accessories offered by Bloom Lab Roma on its Website.

The Products are described and presented as accurately as possible in their respective information sheets. The images and photographs shown on the Website are for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly represent the final product, particularly for handcrafted floral arrangements, which are subject to natural variations and seasonal availability. Bloom Lab Roma reserves the right to replace unavailable flowers with others of equivalent value and style, keeping the overall look of the arrangement unchanged.

All prices shown on the Website are in Euros and include VAT.

3. Purchase Procedure and Conclusion of the Contract

To purchase the products offered by Bloom Lab Roma, the Customer must follow the order process available on the Website, selecting the desired products, completing the order form with the required information and choosing the delivery and payment methods.

The purchase contract is considered concluded when Bloom Lab Roma receives payment confirmation, except for payments by bank transfer, for which the order will only be processed once the amount has been actually credited.

Bloom Lab Roma reserves the right not to confirm an order for reasons related to availability, irregularities in the information provided, or orders deemed suspicious. In such cases, the Customer will be promptly notified by email. If the order is rejected, an immediate refund will be issued for Credit Card and PayPal payments, while for bank transfer payments the refund will be processed as soon as the amount has actually been credited.

At the end of the process, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing the order summary, the essential contract details and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale

4. Prices and Payment Methods

All prices shown on www.bloomlabroma.live are in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise specified. Any additional costs, such as shipping fees or special packaging, will be clearly stated during the order process and before final confirmation.

Bloom Lab Roma accepts a range of payment methods to guarantee maximum flexibility and security: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Bank Transfer. In the latter case, the order will only be processed once the amount has been credited to the bank account indicated in the order confirmation. Cash payment is also accepted, exclusively for in-store collection at the workshop.

All payments are handled through secure, certified systems. Bloom Lab Roma will under no circumstances have access to sensitive payment data (such as card numbers or banking credentials), which will be processed exclusively by the relevant banking institutions.

5. Delivery Times

For full details on shipping costs and delivery options, please consult our dedicated Shipping and Delivery page. Delivery times are counted from the order confirmation and vary depending on the method chosen and product availability.

Bloom Lab Roma will do its best to meet the stated delivery times, though delays may occur due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or courier service disruptions. At the time of dispatch, the Customer will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number to monitor the order status.

6. Returns and Refund Policy

Bloom Lab Roma complies with current Italian legislation on returns and refunds. Specifically, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receiving the product, except for personalised or perishable products, which are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, the Customer must contact customer service at info@bloomlabroma.live, specifying the order number and the reason for the request. Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging and with no signs of use.

The refund will be issued within 14 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods, using the same payment method chosen by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Returns or refunds are not accepted for a simple change of mind, or where the product does not match the customer’s aesthetic expectations, as every arrangement is a unique, handcrafted piece.

Returns are not accepted for personalised products, fresh flowers or perishable goods.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bloom Lab Roma is committed to providing high-quality products and timely services, but cannot be held responsible for delays, damages or losses caused by circumstances beyond our direct control. Bloom Lab Roma cannot be held responsible for any issues or delays in delivery caused by external couriers or postal services, nor for any damage sustained during transport by third parties. We also decline responsibility for the improper use or inadequate storage of products after delivery, as well as for any personal allergies or reactions to the floral products.
In all cases, Bloom Lab Roma acts with the utmost professionalism to resolve any issues as quickly and satisfactorily as possible for the customer.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law. For any dispute concerning the interpretation, performance or validity of the contract, the Court of Rome shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where otherwise mandatorily provided by law.

9. Privacy and Processing of Personal Data

Bloom Lab Roma is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers in compliance with current data protection legislation (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR). Information provided during purchase or registration will be used exclusively for order management, customer communication and the fulfilment of legal obligations. Where the marketing consent box is selected during the checkout process, the Customer authorises Bloom Lab Roma to use personal data also to send promotional communications, offers and commercial updates. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through the unsubscribe links included in the communications received, or by contacting our customer service directly.
